At [Strings Affair Music Academy], we strive to offer a high-quality, respectful, and inspiring music learning environment. Please review our terms below to ensure a smooth experience for all.

1. Enrollment & Registration

• All students must complete the registration form and submit the admission fee to enroll.

• Enrollment is non-transferable under any circumstances.

• For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete and authorize the registration process.

2. Fee Structure & Payments

• Fees must be paid in full at the start of each month or term, as per the selected plan.

• Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties.

• All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under rare and exceptional situations, at the academy’s sole discretion.

3. Class Schedule & Attendance

• Classes are held weekly, and students are expected to attend regularly and punctually.

• Prior intimation is required for any planned absence.

• Make-up classes are only offered in cases of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, subject to teacher availability.

4. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior toward instructors, fellow students, and staff is mandatory.

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate conduct may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

• The premises are strictly smoke-free, alcohol-free, and drug-free.

5. Course Materials & Instruments

• All course materials are intended for personal, educational use only.

• Students are responsible for the safety and maintenance of their personal instruments and belongings.

• Any damage to academy property due to negligence will be charged accordingly.

6. Media & Promotions

• Photos and videos of classes or performances may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

• Students/guardians who do not wish to appear in such media must inform us in writing at the time of enrollment.

• Recording of classes is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

7. Holidays & Class Cancellations

• The academy observes all public holidays and any officially announced breaks.

• If a class is canceled by the academy, a rescheduled session will be arranged.

8. Safety & Liability

• While we maintain a secure and safe environment, the academy is not liable for any personal injury or loss/damage to personal property.

• Students are expected to follow all safety protocols and instructions during class.

9. Certification

• Students who complete the course requirements, including attendance and performance assessments, will be awarded a certificate of completion.

10. Modifications

• The academy reserves the right to modify course fees, schedules, or policies. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
